Shipping Policy

The Company shall exercise all possible measures to ensure that any Product booked on the Website is delivered within seven (2-10) working days from the date of booking of order on the Website subject to the successful realisation of payment made against the said Order and availability of the Product(s).

However, the User understands and confirms that the Company shall not be held responsible for any delay in delivery of the Product due to circumstances beyond the Company's control, provided, the Company takes all required and necessary steps to ensure delivery of the Product within the timelines as mentioned above.

Return & Exchange Policy

If you are, for any reason, not entirely happy with your purchase, we will cheerfully issue a full refund, subject to deductions for legal documents or services provided. If a customer request to cancel the order or there’s a mistake on the customer's behalf while ordering and a customer asks for a refund then as per our policy 10% plus processing fee and shipping charges will be deducted from the total amount. and When the customer's order is dispatched from our side and then they ask for cancellation then as per refund policy 10% plus processing fee plus shipping charges will be deducted from the total amount.

To request a refund under this guarantee, you must contact us within the first 24 hours of your payment. Just send an email to brightofficeproducts@gmail.com. We'll gladly refund you 100% of your fees within 7 days of your refund request if the return request is made within the first 24 hours of your payment.

 

Sometimes Refund may take time depending on your bank, Please bear with us we will immediately issue a refund from our end once we receive our product back and in a re-saleable condition.
